We are a small family run business based in Sacramento, California. Our goal is to do the best we can to ensure you have a great experience with Seedles.
For any clothing products, we offer refunds on any damaged products. We offer replacements on any broken or torn products, free of charge, if the issue was caused by the maker of the item.
We accept unopened returns within the same planting season. If you have opened your Seedles and are unhappy with them, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and return them to the address below. We will work out a suitable replacement or a refund if allowed within our policy.
Because germination depends upon so many factors that are well beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that your Seedles will sprout. That said, we do want you to be successful, so please contact us know about any problems that come up and we will find a suitable solution.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.

Please ensure the package is properly packed to ensure the items inside will arrive safe, and undamaged, to the final destination.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.
While it is never our intention to deliver an order that will be stolen, this situation does happen from time to time. It is the sole responsibility of the customer placing the order to ensure their delivery location is secure and safe for deliveries. In the event one of our packages shows as "delivered" from USPS, or other couriers, we cannot be held responsible for the package not being there. Please contact the courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to file a report.
If your package is lost in transit, or is taking an unacceptable amount of time to arrive to your shipping destination, we will take responsibility and either ship a second package, or ensure the delivery of the first package.
