All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders placed before 10:30am PST (11:30 MST, 12:30 CST, 1:30 EST) will likely ship the same day, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 10:30am PST will ship next day (except weekends and Federal holidays).

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through our website with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Local delivery is not available at this time. We recommend you purchase through our online store and choose direct shipping to your address.
Due to regulations around shipping microorganisms outside U.S. borders, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We only offer shipping to addresses recognized as part of the United States.
Our current carriers, USPS and UPS, usually deliver to all P.O. Boxes without issue. If you have had any issues in the past, please contact us through our website prior to placing your order with any and all instructions necessary for your package to arrive safely.
Fortunately, we ship super fast, and therefore we cannot guarantee your order will arrive to the right destination IF your P.O. Box has been an issue in the past with either USPS or UPS or other carriers chosen at checkout.
